Responsibilities
Be responsible for coordinating all aspects of new product launch, from integration and testing to marketing and data tracking
Forge, build and manage relationships with various levels of management across your accounts; and provide exceptional partner support
Analyze performance metrics to get a better understanding of ROI and inform product decisions
Develop actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns/programs by conducting in-depth data analysis
Connect with accounts on a consistent basis to understand business opportunities and challenges; reporting internally on accounts’ performance, growth metrics and business opportunities
Partner with the Marketing team to execute brand positioning and key product initiatives; create and maintain deal sheets, web and merchandising assets and other distributor resources as needed
Work with internal teams to improve processes with an eye toward improving partner experiences
Requirements
Prior experience in a similar role as a Program Manager, or program/project manager
Learns quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Be able to multi-task, prioritize ruthlessly, work under tight deadlines and execute quick product turnaround
Be solution-oriented with creative problem-solving skills
Has strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills
Analyzes and interprets data to draw strategic recommendations
Has a high degree of organization, creativity, self-motivation and drive
Interest in sports and gaming/betting is a bonus
