These products generate millions of daily impressions for BetMGM across thousands of physical and digital outlets, driving acquisitions, loyalty and retention.

Increase Engagement
TAPPP created a first-of-its-kind promotional program, allowing BetMGM to leverage its sports team partnerships to engage directly with football fans.
Promotional gift cards were delivered to season ticket holders of several teams and distributed in-stadium at the BetMGM Lounge during every Denver Broncos game. This introduced and established BetMGM as the home of dedicated sports fans.

Improving customer LTV with The Rugby Network
Major League Rugby partnered with TAPPP to offer single-screen interactivity experiences during live-match broadcasts on The Rugby Network. Viewer satisfaction levels soared as average participation rates crossed 30%. Average engagement also increased 20 minutes, helping to drive fan loyalty and long-term customer value.

Generate brand-consumer excitement at retail
TAPPP brought together two premier partners, Wesco and BetMGM, to ignite consumer excitement among Michigan sports fans with special co-branded promotional offers.
BetMGM card sales and total customers at Wesco increased 50% and 70% respectively vs. prior month and set a monthly sales record. New customers made up most of the lift in customer counts and each store location had an average of five unique content posts on social media channels.
