Product Manager

As our product manager, you will guide the success of our products and lead a cross-functional team that is responsible for improving our product portfolio. You will provide the deep product expertise needed to lead the company and make strategic product decisions. The role spans many activities from strategic to tactical and provides important cross-functional leadership – most notably between engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams. You’ll join a dynamic and fast-paced international working environment. The organization is flat, the process is minimal, and individual responsibility is big. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set the product vision that is differentiated; deliver unique value-based on customer demands; and the strategy
  • Communicate this strategy to all of the relevant participants and stakeholders so everyone understands the intent behind a new product or an enhancement to an existing one
  • Define requirements for each feature and the desired user experience
  • Translate the strategy into planned work and manage from concept, to design, testing, forecast, cost, promotion, support and finally product end of life
  • Deliver on the operating plan: achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers
  • Manage and implement marketing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation
  • Work closely with compliance to ensure that all new product launches are compliant

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be a ruthless “prioritizer” while balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders
  • Be transparent about the roadmap process
  • Bring evidence-based decision-making to your communication
  • Experience and background in sports books/streaming services preferred
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment
